Anatomy is fun and fascinating! Join me as we embark on a 4-week journey into the human body. Through creativity, movement, self-palpation, demos and videos, we will make anatomy jump off the page and into our bodies!

Course content: 

• The Musculoskeletal system
• The nervous system
• The anatomy & physiology of breathing
• Injuries and working with students in pain
