We are as passionate about our own selfcare as we are about yours! We combine mindfulness, Yoga, Pilates, corrective exercises, mobility work and self-massage to help you navigate your day breathing better, moving with ease and feeling confident in your ability to take care of your own needs as they arise.

Emilie and Rebecca are based in Dubai and have over 10 years’ experience in the field of movement and more than 10,000 hours of education in Yoga and Pilates studios and physiotherapy clinics. They have worked and trained internationally, from South Africa and Asia to the US and the Middle East, teaching classes, workshops, teacher trainings and retreats.

We have experience working with individuals

Fusion and spinal stenosis

Hip and knee replacement


Frozen shoulder and common injuries
