THE MINDFUL BODY: YOUR SELFCARE LIBRARY

For the month of August only, get full, unlimited access to my library of recorded online sessions. That’s 16 classes!

These include:

  1. Yoga Tune Up® classes (1 hour) : a combination of soothing self massage and movement to learn more about your body, build strength, stretch, mobilise, AND relax.
  2. Movement snacks: when you don’t have an hour to spare, or simply because you need a pick me up during the day, or before bedtime, choose a shorter class that includes movement, self-massage, or both.
  3. Selfcare classes: Of various lengths, these classes focus on the spine, shoulders and relaxation.
  4. Selfcare Hour: 1 hour for a full body experience that includes a little bit of everything!

All classes are available throughout August for a set rate of Dhs155. When you subscribe for the month of August, you will also receive one breath awareness practice and one breath regulation practice. These are easy breathing tools to access a more relaxed state.
