A LITTLE ABOUT THE MINDFUL BODY

Emilie is as passionate about her own selfcare as she is about yours! She combines mindfulness, movement from various modalities, massage and self-massage to help you navigate your day breathing better, moving with more ease and feeling confident in your ability to take care of your own needs as they arise.

Emilie is currently based in Dubai and has over 10 years’ experience in the field of movement therapy and education. She has worked and trained internationally, from South Africa and Asia to the US and the Middle East, teaching classes, workshops, teacher trainings; and, hosting retreats.
