One-on-one, couples or semi-private groups can benefit from hour-long sessions tailored to specific needs. Whether you feel like an energetic session or need to relax and recover, each class is designed to help you feel better in your body. We combine self-massage, yoga, pilates, corrective exercises and breath work to facilitate personal growth and recovery. Sessions can be held at your home for privacy and comfort.

From movement classes to a bespoke wellness program, The Mindful Body equips your employees with the selfcare tools they need to navigate the day with less aches, pains and stress. We combine Yoga, Pilates, breath work and self-massage for overall better health in the office, but also to motivate your employees to commit to a healthier lifestyle outside the office.
Sessions are 30 – 60 minutes and can be held during lunchtime, before or after work. Special events to compliment meetings, team building and one-off sessions can also be arranged.
